Bachelor of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering from Shenzhen University, Master of Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University. He has worked successively at Neophotonics and Hong Kong Comstar Communication, and founded Feichuang Technology. With 26 years of experience in the optical communication industry and entrepreneurial operations, as well as years of experience in domestic and international markets and sales, familiar with enterprise operations, industrial operations, and various business models. I have 9 optical communication related application patents, 4 software copyrights, and 1 invention patent.
Jacky Jiang (Co-founder, CTO)
Graduated from Guilin University of Electronic Technology. With 18 years of experience in optical transceiver module R&D and project management, he has worked at leading companies including Sida Optoelectronics, Hengbaotong, Sont Communication, and Aerospace Electric's Allray Optoelectronics. He established Sont's R&D teams in Shenzhen and Jiangxi, building a robust development system that enabled the company to achieve market leadership in 5G fronthaul optical modules for telecom operators. Additionally, he spearheaded the high-speed optical module R&D project for Aerospace Electric, successfully delivering 200G SR4, 400G SR4, and 800G 2*SR4 modules.
Zhao Xiao (Co-founder and R&D Director)
A Bachelor of Science in Optical Information Science and Technology from Wuhan University with a Master's degree in Physical Electronics, he has worked at leading companies including Huawei Technologies and TP-Link Technologies. With over 10 years of experience in optical module R&D and more than 5 years of team management, he is proficient in designing optical modules for 10G/25G/40G/100G/200G/400G/800G systems. His expertise covers optical communication components, optical simulation design, manufacturing equipment, and parameter optimization, supported by extensive supply chain management experience.
Shen Teng (Co-founder and Marketing Director)
With extensive experience in product development for high-speed optical modules, he has worked at companies including Accelink Technology and Wuhan Linktel. His strong technical expertise in hardware and signal integrity, combined with rich project management experience, has enabled him to lead the development and marketing of multiple flagship products in today's AI market.
